Our lives can leave us dizzy, nauseous, detached, irritable, and unrecognizable to ourselves. The circling motion of life tends to weigh on us in ways that cause different symptoms for each. We are all on this roller coaster together. Some of us are enjoying the ride while others are screaming, whining, or fighting the breeze. I have no big ideas about how to make the ride better for you.
I have no big ideas about how to make the ride better for you. You know your symptoms, and how severe they may be. At Vayscape, we believe in cultivating a life that express your purest intentions. No matter how fast or slow the ride, your actions are driven by your heart. Outside forces should never interfere with intentions of the heart. Click To Tweet
Here is what we are saying. We only have what we have. Nothing more, nothing less. Riding life will certainly pose circumstances that constantly change. We have only our hearts to rely on, for stability. When we live from the center of our hearts then a life unaffected by the variable of the ride is born.
We are not suggesting that if you lose a loved one you will not hurt. We are suggesting you have loved and now it is easier for you to honor. We are not suggesting that if you lose your job, your bank account will not shrink. We are suggesting your level of wealth valued by your hearts intentions, and no matter where you are in life, physical adjustments will never appreciate, nor depreciate you. How we handle the ride will differentiate the criers from the flyers.
The reason we get sick on the roller coaster of life has nothing to do with the pace of it all. More often than not, it is the way we choose to ride. We have to keep it real when it comes to matters of the heart.
Let’s take a moment to get real.
- Where are you with that New Years Resolution?
- Have you visited that aunt you know you should?
- Have you sent Thank You’s to those who helped?
- Have you called for that check up you skipped?
- Have you booked that trip, or started saving for it?
The heart is the keeper of truths and lies, our smiles, our frowns, our downfalls, and triumphs we can not trick it. In order to manifest our biggest possibilities, we must start small by achieving daily truths.
The disconnection of intention and outward living is where irritations originate. The ride of life is a privilege we must learn to enjoy. Get on with it.
